Returns and Exchanges

Return or Exchange of products are only accepted in case the delivered product/s is defective or damaged. Our return policy lasts for 7 days. After 7 days of product/s being delivered, the order cannot be returned or exchanged. In case the product/s has to be returned or exchanged, the product/s should be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

In case there are missing items, damaged, wrong product or open box from your order, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video with the customer support team support@brewdazzle.com

At this time, we do not offer returns on our product

If you wish to return or exchange a defective, wrong or damaged product, write to us with the order number explaining the issue with pictures/video of the damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery. Once you have written to us, we will get back to you within 48 working hours, confirming our acceptance or rejection of your request for a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case, you haven’t received the refund yet, kindly check your bank account or your bank service provider. If you still don’t receive the refund, kindly reach out to us at 

Cancellation policy

Your order can be cancelled upto 30 minutes from the time the order has been placed as after that it moves to ready to dispatch stage. Please reach out to us at  support@brewdazzle.com  for further assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email at support@brewdazzle.com and we will assist you with the process.
